Terms & ConditionsDelivery of Goods Policy We aim to deliver all orders to UK mainland addresses within 5/7 working days from receipt of order, however, certain products may be on an extended delivery period. We will always advise you of this and await your acceptance before proceeding with your order. We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your goods within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If you do not receive your goods within the stated delivery period please contact us immediately by e-mail or telephone. On receipt of the goods please inspect carefully for damage and advise the carrier's driver accordingly. If you are unable to fully inspect the goods for whatever reason, please sign the consignment note as "unexamined". Should you sign the consignment note as "received in good condition", you may be liable for any damages. Any damages should be advised via e-mail to us within 24 hours of receipt to avoid additional charges. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, UK Islands and Scottish Highlands may attract an additional delivery charge, but we will always seek your approval of this before processing your order. Deliveries outside the UK will be subject to additional charges, which we will confirm before processing your order. There may also be delays whilst we arrange suitable shipment. Customers should note that they will be responsible for all import duties and taxes. Refunds Policy If you send your item back to us, we will process the returned item, then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return. HOW REFUNDS ARE CALCULATED Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we will reimburse your costs in returning it to us. Items returned within the seven-day cooling-off period By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows: a) where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred; Items returned under the 30-day returns guarantee Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. Where goods have been returned faulty within 14 days after purchase we will provide a full refund including the cost of carriage.
